The payment account used to deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your Ole99 Account.
Ole99 reserves the right to reverse or void any deposit that is found to be the proceeds of fraud, unauthorised card use, or any other illegal financial activity. In such cases, Ole99 may report the matter to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the qualifying deposit (the "same-source rule"). This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. If your original deposit channel is unavailable, Ole99 will determine an appropriate alternative at its discretion, subject to KYC verification.

While we maintain high availability standards, scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability for which Ole99 accepts no liability.
Ole99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the date of the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Ole99's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other form of liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Ole99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:
Upon permanent Account closure for a material breach, Ole99 may withold any balance pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, Ole99 may forfeit the balance in whole or in part. Where closure is not due to Player fault, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the Player through their most recently used payment channel following the completion of applicable checks.
